I have been actively involved in aviation for 28 years. For the last 17 years I have specialized in the Mitsubishi MU-2. My experience ranges from flying MU-2s on a nightly Federal Reserve check run (Part 135), to managing a corporate flight department as chief pilot. In February 1993 I decided to become self employed, helping other corporate flight departments as a relief pilot which turned into instructing others in the MU-2.

On a contract basis I instructed students with Howell Enterprises where I was the assistant chief instructor. I taught ground school, gave flight training to initial and recurrent MU-2 students, and gave students their school check ride. I was also on Howell Enterprises 135 certificate and qualified to instruct Part 135 initial and recurrent MU-2 pilots.

With instructing in the MU-2, under the guidance of Reece Howell III, having 17 years and over 10,000 hrs experience in the MU-2, I am prepared to offer training on my own. I started Professional Flight Training, L.C. in April 2002 after receiving approval from the major insurance underwriters and being placed on their approved list for MU-2 training.
